Information we collect from customers

• Your name, email address, company name and billing address.
• Messages you send us.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Our website

This site doesn't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address. Stripe's checkout pages follow Stripe's own privacy policy.

How we use your information

To deliver your reports, bill your subscription, answer your questions and tell you about changes to the service. We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Stripe, to process payments; our email provider, to deliver reports and messages; and government authorities when the law requires it.

Business data in our reports

Our reports describe businesses using public records, such as Texas sales-tax permit and alcoholic beverage license records. We leave out the home addresses of individual owners. If you own a business in our reports and want something corrected or removed, see our data sources and corrections page.

How long we keep it

We keep customer information while you subscribe and afterward as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

Email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We'll answer within 30 days.

Changes

We'll post updates to this page and change the date above. If a change is significant, we'll email customers.
